The new branch of Vishesh hospitals has been constructed near the IT park Indore. The basic idea behind managing the project during and after the construction was to make it convenient for the users all the while making it environment friendly. A state of BMC (Building Management Systems) was proposed for the hospital buildings for the control of services like plumbing, Lightning and fire and also maintaining the EPI's benchmark of the building. A total of 12% of the site area is defined as the green belt.
