The design proposal for Parishad Hall and Auxiliary Offices has been developed with a keen consideration of the overall redevelopment of the entire office premises. The proposed location of building on site is decided considering the topography of the site, i.e. the most important building is placed at a higher elevation. The phasing of development so as to continue unhindered working of all the offices. The building is conceptualized to have a high plinth (entrance podium at first floor level) go give it a monumental scale. The staggered plan form and, the overall built form is an amalgamation of elements which create a monumental yet modern office building.
