The site, popularly known as Vishram Bagh amongst the locals is situated on Ranjit Hanuman Road. Almost square in shape the plot has a slope towards the North East corner, due to which there is water logging in the area. Also, the site has an old Baori, a well and prominent old trees. Scope of the project is majorly defined by the existing features of the site and the programme given by the client- Indore Municipal Corporation. A swimming pool conforming to Olympics standards is a part of the park.
