The site proposed for the construction of the guest house is strategically located at the center of the campus which is best suitable as it facilitates the user group i.e. academicians and guests. Convenient accessibility to the academic blocks i.e. pods & auditoriums for delivering lecture or to attend any ceremony or program hosted by IIT. On contrary, the rear side of the site looks upon natural landscape which supports the relief and calm that a guest house demands, without any intervening disturbance from the hustle bustle of the campus.
